To Be Counted Among the Questions I Thought I'd Never Be Asked

In the middle of a lesson on fossils, Joey asks...

"Mom, are there still places where people get slapped with fish?"

Huh?! It provides, I'm afraid, only a hint of how far his mind wanders during our lessons.

I believe, if I am not mistaken, that he is referencing Monty Python. Something that is entirely my fault. . .

Sorry I have created extra challenges for you in your school day, but at least the material that I am providing him is sinking in ;-)

Love you sweetie.

Hysterical! That reminds me of a time when in the middle of a great discussion on Shakespeare, a student asked what time class is over. Jen Prosi

Monty Python, eh? And here I was thinking he had been watching Veggie Tales "Jonah." :)

Joey and Hannah will have a great time this summer reciting lines from Monty Python. Hannah knows the holy grail front and backwards!! It kills me!
